Every single item on this café's menu is made with chocolate, from hot cocoa to brownies to cookies and cakes. It isn't very large, only a handful of tables around a warm, inviting fireplace, but if you like chocolate make sure this place is on your list. Just make sure to wear a scarf, because sometimes the line goes out the door! • Dragon's Breath Forge [armory] Tucked away in the international district of Cresca, this little blacksmith shop has a lot of potential. Run by Drifter Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III, don't be fooled by his small stature and unassuming nature; he's got a lot of raw Vikingness to offer. From shields to spyglasses, from armor to axes, Hiccup can make just about anything you might need. It's worth a trip to the shop if only to see its namesake: Toothless, the black dragon! • Ella's [restaurant] Located on Cresca in the International District, Ella's is a bit of traditional Penrosian culture amid everything else. Owned by the sprightly and garrulous Ella, this little restaurant is tucked away under a big marquee, but it has a real mom and pop feel to it. Serving traditional Penrosian (Brazilian) food, you'll find plenty of fried snacks and hearty entrees to sate your appetite here. • Estévo's [patisserie] Run by Ella's brother Estévo, this sweets shop is set up right next to Ella's restaurant and partially shares a kitchen. Desserts offered on Ella's menu are made here. Estévo may have a stern face, but he's a friendly guy who will gladly discuss the differences between Swiss and Belgian chocolate with you, and might even give you a free sample if you're nice enough. Proudly boasting the finest cakes and candy in all of Penrose, Estévo's will leave your sweet tooth satisfied! Business Owner: Ofélia, a plump and motherly woman with a sunny, energetic nature who cheerfully memorizes her customers' names and faces and loves to tease and gossip. Her niece Telma, a skinny teenager apparently made of knees and elbows with waves of curly hair and a disposition as friendly as her aunt's (if a bit less chatty), waits tables. (Kiri helps with the cooking and odd jobs, and sometimes spells Telma as waitstaff when she's on break.)
Additional Info: A pleasant little street cafe, often frequented by visitors to the park, located down a sun-dappled side street. There's very little seating inside the café itself, but the quaint outdoor tables fill with happy diners during the brunch and lunch rushes. Serves fresh pastries from a nearby bakery, from-scratch soups, sandwiches on Ofélia's homemade bread, sparkling juices and hot and cold drinks, and a freshly-made special of the day (such as a pasta or light chicken dish).
